Q: Why don't Chinese people wash their hands with soap? Ok, so I can understand when using a public bathroom and there's usually no soap available. But, I took the initiative and bought some liquid hand soap (5 rmb....) and placed it in our floor's bathroom (shared by 20 some odd people, 4 dudes, the rest are women).
